  • We explicitly repudiate any warranty of preciseness with regard to the finish and appearance of the ultimate product(s) ordered by You, relying on the display on the Website(s). The caliber of any product(s), service(s), information, or other material procured or acquired by You via the Website(s) may fall short of your expectations. Your Order may undergo modifications, alterations.
  • We retain the prerogative to invalidate an order if we deem the order request unacceptable. Following the cancellation, we shall refund You, in case of a prepaid order. Any such annulment shall be solely at our discretion, and You shall have no recourse to challenge it. Grounds for cancellation may include the unavailability of the product(s), imprecision in product or pricing data, or instances of fraudulent or improper use of the payment mechanism employed by You.
  • We endeavor to dispatch the order placed by you before 12 pm on the same day, this is why, most of the prepaid orders are shipped on the next day except the orders placed on Saturday which are expected to be shipped on/after Monday subject to the availability.

In order to track the Shipment status of your order, you have to visit the link send at the time of dispatch of your order by us on your registered email id.
  • Shipping/ Delivery is absolutely free for prepaid orders on certain pin codes. Cash on delivery shall be free of cost for orders above Rs 699/- subject to availability of Cash-on-Delivery option on certain pin codes. Our delivery partner/agent delivers or ships the goods only to certain pin codes, and beyond the same, extra chargers may be applicable, depending on the delivery location on all type of orders. We also reserve the right to select any location on which we are comfortable with delivery our product and can on our sole discretion to change, alter, modify the list of areas and pin codes on which we want to deliver our products without giving any prior notice to anyone.

  • For the process of delivery/ Shipment, we hire a delivery partner/agent and in case of any deficiency in service offered /provided by our delivery partner/agent especially in the delivery/shipment of your order, then in that eventuality, we shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by you. Nevertheless, we shall provide assistance to you in any such situation.

  • You hereby consent and acknowledge that to facilitate prompt conveyance of the acquired Products, we may request or gather specific data, such as your name, shipping and billing addresses, landmarks, contact information, and so on. You are obliged to ensure that all information provided by you to us on our Website is authentic, true comprehensive, precise, and adequate to pinpoint the exact delivery location. You understand that you will bear complete liability in the event of our failure to deliver the purchased Products caused by your inaccurate, incomplete, insufficient, or erroneous information at the time of order placement. It is further elucidated that we shall not be held accountable in any way or at any time due to your failure to furnish correct and complete information.
  • We shall endeavor to deliver the Product to the assigned address within the estimated delivery timeframe that we have apprised you of. In the eventuality, if you are unavailable or absent to receive the delivery of the Product, Logistic/ Delivery Partners will endeavor to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you twice. If the second delivery attempt proves abortive, and you remain unavailable, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the purchased Product order and effectuate its return to us. We also reserve the right to deduct the delivery and shipping charges (in case it is levied) that we bore while processing refunds subsequent to the aforementioned cancellation.
  • We undertake to exercise reasonable efforts in ensuring that the purchased Products are delivered to you within the notified timeline in a timely manner, but you acknowledge and accept that delivery may be delayed due to:
    • Logistical issues beyond our control;
    • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemic etc;
    • Political upheavals, strikes, worker lockouts, and so on;
    • Unfavorable weather conditions;
    • Other unforeseeable circumstances
  • In such instances of delay, we will make a reasonable attempt to inform you by communicating to your registered email ID and/or mobile number. We deny all liabilities that may emerge due to our failure to inform or notify you of delays in delivering the purchased Products from the Specxyfy website. Furthermore, we shall not be held liable to compensate you for any claims that may otherwise arise due to delays in shipping or delivering or using the purchased Products.
  • We retain the right to levy or collect shipping fees on Products intermittently. Shipping charges are subject to change based on various factors, such as the Product's value, type, delivery location, payment method, and so on. You agree that we are authorized to collect, on behalf of the Logistic Partner/ third part delivery agent, the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided by the Logistic Partner/agent/ third party firm/company.
  • In case of any type of deficiency/delay in service by the logistics or delivery partner/agent, any change, alternation, modification to the tracking order link sent by us after dispatch of product to your registered email id, shall not be considered as deficiency in service of ours.
